Abstract(in English) | Magneto-optical (MO) imaging is a useful non-destructive testing method that can visualize defect two-dimensionally with high spatial resolution. However, in our previous work, crystalized annealing at the temperature of approximately 700 degree was necessary after sputtering because a MO sensor was deposited by the ion beam sputtering method. Therefore, it was not able to deal with the curved surface of measuring objects, i.e. the testing was limited to the flat surface of that. In this study, we focused on the spin-on prosecco in order to deposit magnetic iron garnet film on the flexible substrate, and we observed surface conditions of prepared film using by the scanning electron microscope. |
