Abstract(in English) | The basic tissue of a cell membrane is a lipid bilayer membrane composed of phospholipids. In this study, lipid bilayer membranes doped with P3HT were formed by a folding method. Photoresponse current through a lipid bilayer membrane was measured under a finite bias voltage applied across the membrane. Difference between the current values with and without light irradiation was taken as the current shift amount. The current shift amounts in lipid bilayer membrane doped with P3HT and lipid bilayer membrane without P3HT were investigated. As a result, it was found that the amount of current shift tended to be increased in a lipid bilayer membrane doped with P3HT comparing in a lipid bilayer membrane without P3HT. On the other hand, even when P3HT was doped, the amount of current shift did not increase in some cases. We considered that the amount of shift varied depending on whether P3HT entered into the membrane at the lipid bilayer formation stage. |
