| Abstract(in English) | Web usability in business applications is crucial for enhancing productivity. We have proposed an evaluation framework which can be applied to the efficient evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of applicationsIn this study, we attempt to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Web sites learned by the users on the basis of a part of the framework. This paper reports the result of an experiment capturing and analyzing 18 users' operation logs of two different syllabus search systems. |
