Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we obtain analytically behaviors of electron wave packets and probabilistic particle model of electrons on electron waveguides with stubs. A wave function on the waveguide to which a sinusoidal incident electron wave is given is obtained by the mode-matching method. From the obtained wave function, single-mode electron wave packet is analytically computed as a function of momentum. From the packet in momentum representation, time-evolving wave packet that is a function of position and its derivative are obtained analytically in the form of Fourier integral. A nonlinear stochastic ordinary differential equation is established from the wave packet and its derivative. This equation describes electrons as probabilistic particles. This paper presented examples of the time-evolving wave packets and trajectories of the particle model of electrons. By comparing the examples with those obtained by the finite difference method, it was shown that the results of the presented analytical method were reliable. |
