Abstract(in English) | In order to management a company, internal communication is important activity of the organization. Internal communication is an activity to exchange among employees, enhance individual motivation, and strengthen as an organization. In this study, we described the use of the concept of internal communication into the education of a seminar enhanced the motivation of students. Based on the practical contents of internal communication activity, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the participants to clear the effect of the seminar camp and the social gathering. We evaluated communication frequency and communication easiness. As a result, the frequency of communication increased after the activity. In particular, many respondents said that the frequency of communication increased in seminar camps compared to social gatherings. In addition, regarding the holding of seminar camps and social gathering events, it was suggested that there was a difference depending on whether participation was possible or not. |
