Performance survey for IoT security function on smartphone

Abstract(in English) Recently, IoT devices are wide spreading, and its security management has become more important. There are two kinds of IoT devices. One is connected to the wireless access point by Wifi, the other is connected to Smartphone by Bluetooth. Security measures for these IoT devices have been developed based on security technology for ICT. Under such circumstances, we are developing IoT Security Software to protect IoT devices from cyber attacks. During this year, we have been developing IoT security software for smartphone. Therefore, we conducted a survey to measure performances and power consumption for this development of the security functions. In this paper, firstly, we introduce our proposed method. Secondly, we describe that issues such as securing computing power to realize functions and reducing power consumption. Finally, we discuss implementation methods to solve these issues and OSS selection. We also denote these results.
