| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we introduce the status of LSI development that conforms to the "60 GHz band high speed proximity wireless system" which has completed international standardization as IEEE 802.15.3e and reached the contribution as an ITU recommendation. In particular on this time, we will focus on the actual measurement radio performance of the LSI which was prototyped as SoC which fully implements from 60 GHz band single carrier direct modulation / demodulation transceiver to digital PHY / MAC and various high speed interfaces exceeding Gbps, and more we would like to discuss the consistency with IEEE 802.15.3e of this SoC and the extended adaptation plans to various applications (use cases). And of course, some of these systems as adaptation plans will be expected to cooperate with a 5G infrastructure network. A part of the research results shown in this paper was obtained as part Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ promotion program ,”SCOPE”. |
