| Abstract(in English) | The number of municipalities actively working on citizen collaborative town planning where citizen and government collaborate to deal with various town problems are increasing. In recent years, examples of utilizing ICT equipment including smartphones are increasing. For example, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, started operation of the application called "Chiborepo (Chiba citizen collaboration report)'' in 2014, and urge citizens to post town issues using this application. In Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, the smartphone application that reports the damage situation of the road by e-mail was released in 2015, and they received more than 2,000 reports as of the end of September 2018. In this paper, we report a road condition reporting system, called ``Michirepo'', which is developed jointly with Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, based on the Twitter-based disaster information sharing system developed in the previous studies. |
