Secure Computation of Sparse Dictionary Learning

Abstract(in English) With the advent of the big data era, all digital contents continue to increase. Sparse modeling is drawing attention as an information processing model for extracting useful information hidden in a large amount of data. On the other hand, cloud computing including big data analysis is spreading in many fields. However, the cloud computing has some serious issues for end users, such as unauthorized use and leak of data, and privacy compromise, due to unreliability of providers and some accident. In this manuscript, we propose a secure sparse dictionary learning method for encrypted observed signals. It is shown that the secure dictionary learning enables us to not only protects observed signals, but also have the same estimation performance as that of sparse dictionary learning for unencrypted observed signals.
