| Abstract(in English) | For real estate agent, it’s hard to understand users’ preference correctly by vocabulary and make proper recommenda-tions by those clues because of different comprehension of words among people. In this paper, rental houses are rec-ommended based on personal preference. Different parts in a house can show one’s preference, while a living room can show personal preference strongly. We therefore focus on the living room recommendation in this paper. First, we clas-sify all images from a database into 5 categories which are kitchen, bathroom, external appearance, layout sketch and living room, and use the images of living room to make recommendations. Then Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are used to build preference models based on questionnaires by persons to represent various personal preferences. In the proposed method, trained preference models are used to analyze images selected by a user and the model which can represent user’s preference predicts rooms in the database of a real estate agent. Images with better predicted results are recommended to the user randomly. |
