Abstract(in English) Recently, we have quite a lot of natural disasters, and it reminds usan importance in disaster prevention. In the preceding studies, an evacuation route planning to one of multiple refuge places has beentried. As a next step, from the viewpoint of real-world implementation, such a task is extended to the case for multiple people evacuation. One of essential topics noticeable here is how to avoid a concentrationof refuge people in a certain place. In order to handle this toughproblem, a concept of both attracting and scattering effects to peopleis introduced in this study. As a result of some computer simulations, it is confirmed that the proposed method is working well which we haveintended in advance.
