Abstract(in English) A cost-effective education on campus has become more and more important worldwide. In this regard, the authors have conducted a case study in a Japanese university’s digital campus equipped with economical Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The case study reports educational experiences supported by a deployment of tablets, networks and open e-learning services.
