| Abstract(in English) | QoE which is the user experience of communication quality, depends on application, user circumstances, user's purpose, etc. In SNS, we can often see the words concerning communication quality. Therefore, we will be able to estimate QoE by collecting the information in SNS. In this paper, as the first step of this study, the dataset is created by text mining of Twitter. Morphological analysis and vectorization are performed on the dataset by using MeCab and Word2Vec. The obtained vector is compressed in two dimensions. Cluster analysis is performed, and words with meaning are grouped. |
