Abstract(in English) | In various communication services such as video streaming, QoE (Quality of Experience) as the degree of user’s satisfaction to communication service is becoming more important than QoS (Quality of Service) as the conventional measurement of service quality. In this paper, we aim to estimate the time-wise QoE by using multi-modal bio-signals and user’s interest in the video. We estimate the time-wise QoE by several machine learning algorithms, where QoE is measured by user with a slider during watching videos in several different bitrates. By comparing the results, gradient boosting regression tree gives the highest accuracy. It suggests that the time-wise QoE could be estimated by using gradient boosting regression tree from bio-signals. |
