Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, with the popularization of wireless IoT (Internet of Things), real time frequency sensing technology for multi bands (920 MHz band, 2.4 GHz band, 5-6 GHz band) used by wireless IoT devices is required. We have proposed a direct RF undersampling receiver for real-time spectrum monitoring. It has a multi-band characteristic that can monitor the wireless IoT frequency bands with a sampling clock of several hundred MHz with single receiver and real-time characteristic that can capture millisecond class signals without missed observing. The proposed receiver achieves multi-band characteristic by sampling several times with switch the sampling clock. In this report, the real-time characteristic of the proposed receiver is calculated and it is evaluated by an experiment using the pulse pattern generator as the high-speed variable clock source. In addition, aliasing noise due to undersampling in the proposed receiver is estimated and it is confirmed that the required SNR for spectrum monitor can be secured.
