Abstract(in English) In order to continue to provide high-quality network services, telecommunications carriers monitor the presence or absence of abnormality in providing services and perform service fault management to analyze and restore as necessary. To continue service fault management, telecommunications carriers need experienced and sophisticated operators. In this paper, considering the situation that the future workforce will decrease, consider using the AI as an analysis and judgment process in service fault management as a use case and consider the functions necessary for the Big data management System.
