| Abstract(in English) | When new telecommunication equipment is introduced or a setting change is applied, high reliability isrequired for the operation since any error might cause significant impacts on the users. However, operational errorinevitably occurs due to reasons such as deficiency in the operational manual or human error. An effective measurefor preventing such errors is to share detailed information on past similar operations, such as those which involvednear miss incident, amongst the operators. On the other hand, it is costly to manually extract information that isuseful for preventing errors from the operational information of the past similar operations. We propose a methodfor preventing operational error by extracting similar operations that contain useful information from accumulatedtextual data regarding past operational information. The extracted information is provided to the operators inadvance to take adequate measures to avoid operational errors. We evaluated the proposed method with operators. As a result, we confirmed the effectiveness of our method. |
