Abstract(in English) | We propose a tunable impedance transformer that draws a spiral locus on the Smith chart by frequency sweep and an automatic matching system. This system consists of six parts: RF power supply (VCO and amplifier 30W), circulator to protect the amplifier, proposed impedance matching circuit, reflected wave detection circuit and microcomputer. We design and prototyp the impedance matching circuit. We prototype the automatic matching system in which these components are combined to form an impedance matching circuit. We confirm the automatic matching function of the proposed system for RF power 10W and frequency sweep range 2.4 - 2.5 GHz. |
