Abstract(in English) The movements consist of continuous positions. It is thought that the "movement" exists in transitions between postures. For example, the movements when transiting between an upright and a squatting position on squat exercise. Learners could enhance the effects of the exercise if they are aware of the movement because they will be conscious of the postures of their body during movements. However, it is difficult for individual learners to be aware of this and improve the movements using general videos. This study developed a training support system for the squat exercise, supporting the learners to be aware of movements. The system discerns the movements from position displacements of hip, knee and ankle where using worn color markers. The system then generates symbols to present instruction for the movements of learners, and superimpose the symbols on videos to improve the instructions. Finally, evaluation of effectiveness of the system is performed.
