Study of Business Process Visualization Method using Operation Log

Abstract(in English) Visualizing business process from operation log is effective to accurately and thoroughly discover how an operation is executed.However, in order to visualize business process from logs in an appropriate granularity, analyzers must repeatedly shape log data and examine how they are visualized until the image reach to their expected level. In this paper, we propose a system that supports analyzers to easily shape data on a visualization platform to reduce complexity in data construction. Evaluation results of this system using real-world data and future work about the way of constructing data on a visualization platform are also written in this paper.
