Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ideas come to mind the moment. Also, we should take notes as soon as possible. In addition, it is easier for multiple people to initiate ideas triggered more than one person to generate a lot of ideas. Last year, our laboratory assumed that could be realized by using AR technology, and proposed an AR environment to support collaborative idea generation. In this research, we aim to compare proposed AR environment with conventional methods as using paper etc. and verify the existence of intellectual support in the AR environment. For that purpose, we designed and implemented a practical system. Based on the experimental results, in a task of idea generation for design such as rearrangement of room, it was suggested that our system is superior to using paper as for the perspective of "spatial perception" in the quality of ideas. And also, it was suggested that our system is inferior as for the perspective of "fun" in the quality of ideas.
