Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The performance of GPGPU is rapidly improving. Thus, we often own several GPGPU nodes that has different specification. In this study, we propose a method that fast solves a MapReduce type problem by using heterogenous GPGPU nodes parallelly. This method allocates jobs according to a solver for an integer programming problem yielded by values obtained by measurement. Thus, this optimizes running time so that this absorbs not only different specification between GPGPU nodes but also the property of the network.
