[Poster Presentation] Identification of Analog Devices Based Machine Learning

Abstract(in English) I began researching to propose a method to extract Physical Un-clonable Function (PUF) from analog parts by investigating research that had been limited to the study of the PUF of digital parts. For this time, we aimed to discover noteworthy points as feature quantities necessary for extracting PUF. We showed that the feature points are useful by making individual judgments using this feature quantity. As a result, we noticed that we should pay attention to the frequency axis in order to extract the PUF, since high precision was realized by focusing on the frequency axis.
