| Abstract(in English) | Bitcoin and other blockchains made it possible to manage ledger information without a centralized sys- tem even in a group including multiple malicious nodes. But this technology has some problems. One of the most important problems is low transaction throughput. One technique to address this problem is reducing the block propagation time. And several Bitcoin relay networks have been deployed to reduce the block propagation time. As of now, Little is known about effect of relay networks on the Bitcoin network. Hence We performed simulation experiments,to find out it. The reuslts showed that relay networks not only decrease the orphan block rate but also reduce the propagation time. And we found that they have little effect on the mining success rate and nodes involved in a relay network are unlikely to produce orphan blocks. |
