Abstract(in English) Studies on cooking support systems have been actively conducted in the past, but most of them are identifying and supporting cooking states by image recognition using cameras. These systems require a plurality of cameras, and it is said that the installation becomes large scale. Therefore, I thought that cooking sound generated during cooking can be picked up by a microphone, cooking process can be identified by using machine learning of sound, and cooking support can be made. In this research, as a preliminary stage of realizing sound cooking support system, we constructed and evaluated cooking sound recognition system.
