Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Object detection technology is essential elements in human support services using robots. The environment in which objects to be recognized is placed changes constantly according to the user's daily life and customs. In this research, we propose a method that can detect overlapping objects using Mask - RCNN. By appropriately setting the threshold of the IoU value in the "Non-Maximum Suppression" of "Region Proposal network", overlapping objects are prevented from being excluded from region proposal.
