Abstract(in English) We proposed chip-package-board interactive PUF using chaos oscillation that is compatible with wireless coupling as a countermeasure against counterfeit products including not only IC chips but also packages and boards. In this paper, we discuss the integrated circuit design method of wireless coupling coil and ID generation circuit to generate stable PUF ID from this interactive PUF.
