Abstract(in English) | AIST conducts research and development of a terminal transportation system using automatic driving technology and demonstration experiment (empirical evaluation of last mile automatic driving) as a new public transportation means in elderly depopulated areas, aiming for social implementation There. For mobile services using automatic driving vehicles, it is necessary to confirm passengers getting on and off and judge whether to start departure, and automation is required. Up to now, we have reported the determination of getting on and off of a single passenger, but this report proposes a tracking method of a person who is necessary to realize automatic judgment of getting on and off of multiple people. |
