| 抄録(和) | 翻訳のための日本語換言知識と翻訳知識とを集成し、これら実践的知見を翻訳文法として体系立てる、その試みについて報告する。意味類型を用いる翻訳方式において翻訳文法的な手法が開発されつつあるが、この一環として「連体節の連用節への換言」などの換言―翻訳法が開発されている。実践的翻訳知識は、優れた翻訳者の作品や記述英文法や文体研究などに潜んでいるが、これら高度知識は意識的に取り出さない限り翻訳文法知識としては浮かびあがってこない。だから、品詞変数によるパターン化によって翻訳知識を導出という作業過程が必須である。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper discusses advanced knowledge of translation methods and reports on compiling of multi-language databases which comprise phrasal patterns, semantic categories thereof, and annotations to the pattern from the view point of translation grammar. These elements for constructing translation method are based on the concept of theory of Semantic Typology, which suggests that human cognition to the world be accompanied by an epistemological framework under the influence of a mother tongue. A set of semantic patterns is formed from a source language, and then is mapped to a set of those of a target language through the common logical category having universality. |
