Abstract(in English) In the RF amplifier, there is a trade-off relationship between the efficiency and its linearity. To achieve both, it is necessary to know how much the signal quality will be distorted by the amplifier, though the mechanism of the distortion in the RF amplifier is so complicated to analyze the cause of the distortion separately. In this paper, I seek a simple way to estimate the distortion in the RF power amplifier and try to characterize the intermodulation distortion.
