Abstract(in English) We evaluate the performance of large-scale optical circuit switch that uses monolithically integrated optical space switch and wavelength-tunable filter on a silicon-photonic chip. The attainable switch port count and hardware requirements are analyzed through extensive computer simulations on signals with different bitrates and modulation formats.
