Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In case of large-scale disasters, in order to support the early restoration of electric power facilities in substations which lost their communication ability due to the damage of overhead optical fiber cables laid along with distribution lines, construction of a temporary communication channel by using of wireless communication technique between control office and substation is effective to restore not only voice and data communication functions between them but also telecontrol function for the electric power facilities. In this paper, the applicability of the temporal communication channel constructed by using long-range wireless LAN equipment for CDT (Cyclic Digital Transmission) telecontrol system is evaluated.
