Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | When a large-scale disaster happens, a huge number of people will be forced to live as refugees in shelters. Therefore, in order to check the safety of disaster victims, it is mandatory to quickly construct a temporary information network to collect/deliver messages for the victims, and drone is considered to be suited for an information carrier of the network, since it can be operated infrastructurelessly. In this paper, we consider a Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) to quickly construct a temporary information network using a drone. Modeling electric power consumption for two kinds of drones, we propose a method to solve the VRP taking the speed and direction of wind into consideration. In a numerical example, we construct several fight plans for a real municipality and discuss the results in terms of total energy consumption. |
