Abstract(in English) | Mobile terminals and various IoT devices, also affordable small microcomputers and reconfigurable devices are widely diffused resent years. Information and communication Lab. (Tanaka Lab.) of NIT-Tokyo college has developed local mesh network that is effective autonomous communication networks connecting mobile terminals and small processing devices. This perceptual IoT system can gather a lot of sensed data around us. After many perceptual IoT systems are integrated through high-speed transmission networks such as SINET, sensed data from wide area can be analyzed as Big-data useful for disaster prevention, public administration and products market development. In addition to IP based routing, label switching is implemented in our local mesh network for easy association with high-speed transmission. Performance evaluation and shared memory system for our local mesh network to treat wider-area data processing are discussed. |
