| 抄録(和) | 超高齢化が進む中、飲み込む動作に障害が起きる嚥下障害を持つ高齢者の増加が懸念される。嚥下障害が起こる原因として、「加齢」「病気」「心因的要因」の三つがあげられる。一人暮らしや孤食が増える中では、嚥下機能低下や障害の予兆を早期に捉えることが難しくなる。よって、嚥下障害の予防や嚥下機能の維持・回復に効果的な嚥下リハビリテーションの支援機能や、専門家による対面での直接診断によらず日常環境下で簡易的に嚥下機能を評価する方法が必要と考えられる。嚥下機能を適正に診断するためには、一般的にまず問診、視診および触診、スクリーニング検査が行われ、障害が疑われた場合はさらに専門機器による精密検査が行われる。本講演では、非侵襲・非接触で簡易に計測可能なDepth画像およびRGB画像を用いて、喉頭挙上の状態をもとに嚥下機能を評価する手法を示す。また、嚥下リハビリの間接訓練として呼吸筋の強化のために行う腹式呼吸を評価する手法について紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | There are growing concerns about the increased number of the elderly with deglutition disorder as the super-aging of the population has been advancing. Deglutition disorder is caused by aging, disease, and psychological factors. It becomes more difficult to detect the decreased swallowing function and predictor of disorder in an early stage since there are more elderly people who live and eat alone. It is therefore considered necessary to develop the support functions for the dysphagia rehabilitation which is effective in preventing deglutition disorder and maintaining and recovering swallowing function and the method to easily evaluate swallowing function in daily environments without requiring a face-to-face diagnosis by a medical expert. History taking, inspection and palpation, and screening tests are generally conducted first in order to evaluate swallowing function properly. A complete exam is further performed using a sophisticated equipment when the patients are diagnosed as possibly having disorder. In this speech I present the method to evaluate swallowing function based on the state of laryngeal elevation using depth and RGB images that can be easily measured in a non-invasive and non-contact way. Moreover, the method to evaluate abdominal breathing, which is performed as indirect therapy of dysphagia rehabilitation for strengthening respiratory muscles, is introduced. |
