| Abstract(in English) | The disaster volunteers are active in the disaster areas. The disaster volunteers go into the disaster areas, support for disaster victims. On the other hands，the disaster areas are involved the bad risk. We conduct proving test of wristband wearable devices emergency call service for disaster volunteer care, the heavy rain event of July 2018. This paper describes the effectiveness of the scheme in the provision. |
