Abstract Designed it positioning with Ligature Formed word input, and complex word rendering process for Sogd, Manichaean, and Uyghur (SMU) language, using the possible combination a vowels, and consonants with diacritical marks. The design is base on interaction of combining characters, combining diacritical marks, character code to rendered glyphs, ligated glyph, and formation of grammatical syllable. We used ancient manuscripts found in museum, and university of each country written from 2nd century BC to 10th century AD in Central Asia. These ancient manuscripts form part of meaningful words, diacritical marks, character code to rendered glyphs, are considering all the difficulties, and solutions of SMU letter horizontally-written from right to left character-code implementation, and developing. In this paper we will present an complex ligature is used pattern formed in combination with combining marks, and each positioning of double diacritics with vowels, and consonants of the complex word input to be used ancient SMU character. |
