For special sections, please refer to<br \/>\nthe respective call for papers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Application of new Changes<br \/>\nThe revised APC, advance publication, and the new 2-column author<br \/>\ntemplate (Ver. 6.0) will apply starting from the following issue:<br \/>\nVolume 17, Issue 4, 2026 (Published in October, 2026).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Instructions for previous template (Ver. 5.1)<br \/>\nFor papers scheduled for publication in Volume 17, Issue 3, 2026 or<br \/>\nearlier (in either regular or special sections), please continue to<br \/>\nuse the conventional 1-column author template (Ver. 5.1).
