Information for Authors and LaTeX template file updated<br \/>\n          The Information for Authors has been updated on March 3, 2024, and is accessible at <a href=\"..\/author.html\">https:\/\/www.ieice.org\/nolta_r\/journal\/author.html<\/a>.<br \/>\n          There have been updates to our journal&#8217;s policies among other changes. Additionally, the new LaTeX template file for paper submissions (Version 5.0) has been also released on March 3, 2024.
