Proposal on the Products Management System for Students

(in English) Equipment management in an organization is important from the aspect of asset management and information management. Many organizations have implemented item management systems to reduce the burden of management, but depending on the size of the organization, it may be difficult to use in terms of funding and operation. The same is true for student-based organizations. Therefore, we developed an equipment management system that can be used easily and costs little by students. During development, we focused on optimizing the display for each device and managing everything on a single device. After the development, the system was introduced into a club activity group and the system was verified. As a result, it was found that it was possible to solve problems in terms of funding and operation and to reduce the burden on goods management.
