Calibration of a reflectometer with a pattern reconfigurable antenna

(in English) This paper describes a calibration of a reflectometer by using a pattern reconfigurable antenna. The pattern reconfiguration can be achieved through alteration of pin-diode status (i.e. On/Off) which is able to redirect the main beam toward either the known material or the material under test. This experiment used a conducting plane for calibration, and the different moisture of paper stacks were used for material under test. The results show the different moisture of paper stacks. It is possible to develop calibration of sensor system in industrial process.
