Microwave rectifying based on Schottky diodes with enhanced dynamic ranges

(in English) Microwave rectifying is important in a microwave wireless power transmission system. The input microwave power to a rectifier usually varies greatly dependent on the wireless power transmission distance, angle between transmitting and receiving antennas, antenna dimensions, and so on. The input microwave power dynamic range of a microwave rectifier is a key parameter of a microwave rectifier. Several microwave rectifiers with enhanced dynamic ranges are presented in this paper. Meanwhile, their working principle, design method and measured performance are discussed in details.
