[Poster Presentation] Identification of Periodic Structure Target by Broadband Polarimetry Using Terahertz Radiation

(in English) This study demonstrates high precision non-destructive inspection of periodic linear targets using broadband terahertz pulse
and polarimetry technique which is used in radars of P to W band (0.3 to 110 GHz). The polarimetry technique is effective for identifying
targets in the radar field, and terahertz waves are effective for non-destructive inspection due to its broadband and special penetration
characteristics. In this study, we combine the both techniques to enhance the inspection accuracy. Our analytical and experimental results
confirmed that the combination of the broadband terahertz pulse wave and the polarimetry technique was effective for the high precision
inspection of the targets.
