[Poster Presentation] Effectiveness of Applying Folded Meander Loop Parasitic Elements to Enlarge Operating Frequency Band of Dual Polarized Reflector Backed Dipole Antenna.

(in English) This paper proposes a reflector backed dipole antenna equipping folded meander loop parasitic elements which can enlarge the operating bandwidth when the reflector backed dipole antenna is composed of dipole array. The part of the meander shape facing to the dipole element is carefully designed to adjust the coupling capacitance. By folding the loop parasitic elements and forming them to meander shape, it is achieved to place the loop parasitic elements above the array dipole elements with widing the operating bandwidth. The bandwidth enlargement effect is evaluated by the moment method.
