Input RF Power Limitation of the Bridge RF Rectifier with an Impedance Transformer

(in English) This report describes the input RF power limitation of the bridge RF rectifier with an impedance transformer.
The rectifier allows full-wave-rectification with no additional circuits, enabling further downsizing and integration of the
circuit. To improve the rectification efficiency, an impedance transformer is added between the input port and the bridge diode.
We previously reported rectification efficiency formulas. In addition to the previous work, we demonstrate the formulas of the
input RF power limitation restricted by the SBD’s breakdown voltage. We have assembled a trial circuit to verify the validity
of the formulas.
