A Reversible Image Processing Method for Color Images with Flexible Control of Brightness

(in English) This paper proposes a reversible image processing method for color images to achieve flexible control of brightness. We have previously proposed a reversible method that enhances brightness contrast and improves saturation independently. The proposed method provides sharpening, smoothing and brightness increase/decrease without losing the advantages of our previous method. Our method perfectly ensures reversibility by embedding additional information. Note that the amount of image data is constant before and after the processing. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively attains the above functions and guarantees reversibility.
