Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) has improved the position accuracy and the convergence performance of the Precise Point Positioning (PPP) for the purpose of expanding the use of positioning technology using QZSS satellites and advancing the positioning system in Japan. And our goal is to acquire advanced technology in the relevant field and implement it in society. This paper describes the PPP positioning technology using the product of Multi-GNSS Advanced Demonstration tool for Orbit and Clock Analysis (MADOCA), which is being researched and developed by JAXA. In particular, we report the details of positioning and navigation algorithms for applications in low-orbit satellites and terrestrial vehicles. |
