VUI(Voice user interface) is expected to be applied to daily life support since it can collect subjective information about each user through conversations. From a viewpoint of the usability for daily life support, it is desirable to start a conversation from a VUI-equipped device to the user. However, each cloud service vendor which control the VUI-equipped device requires vendor specific knowledge for the cloud service users and the implementation is complicated. This paper proposes a VUI control system that reduces the implementation complexity of event-driven VUI control. In addition, this paper evaluates the proposed system from a viewpoint of the implementation procedure by a questionnaire. |
