Automatic Path Following Control and Experimental Verification for Mobile Robots Based on Just-In-Time Modeling

(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop a new data-driven control method based on just-in-time modeling for the automatic path following problem of mobile robots. Especially, this study proposes a control method that utilizes a database for experimental data of driving
and makes the mobile robot follow a sequence of desired points on a given path in series. Then, from experimental results using a real mobile robot, it can be confirmed that path following control for the mobile robot is realized with small error, hence the new proposed method has effectiveness.
