Improvement device characteristics of inverted polymer based organic light emitting diode by multilayered structure by push-coating technique

(in English) We fabricated multilayered inverted polymer based light-emitting-diodes (iPLEDs) consisting of hybrid electron injection layer (s-EIL) with Al-doped ZnO nano-particles (AZO)/polymeric dipole (PEI or PEIE)/ F8BT (green light emitting polymer (LEP)) or F8 (blue emitting polyflurorene based LEP (F8) or SY (yellow emitting LEP)/ TFB (hole transporting layer)/ hole injection layer (MoO3 or HAT-CN)/anode structures. We also inserted the solution processed electron transporting layer (TmPyPB) for F8 based iPLED in order to improve the carrier balance of electrons and holes. We then compared the compared the electrical properties end EQE of multilayered iPLEDs fabricated by the combination of spin-coating, push-coating and transfer printing via PDMS elastomer stamp. We changed the thickness of TFB between ca. 50-500 nm by push-coating and obtained pin-hole free device. We obtained the EQE of iPLED as 3.1% for green iPLED (F8BT) , 1.4 % for bule iPLED (F8) and 2.5% for yellow iPLED (SY) and 2.8 % for white iPLED (mixture of F8 and SY). Finally, we fabricated the iPLED with solution processed HAT-CN hole injection layer for the establishment of all printed iPLEDs and then obtained the comparable performance.
